Gerardo Mendez serves as Global Immigration Manager for Chugh, LLP.

Gerardo Mendez leads Chugh, LLP’s Global Immigration Department, which specializes in assisting companies with the mobility of their foreign national workforce. With a focus on client service, Gerardo serves companies’ temporary and permanent immigration needs in most countries worldwide.

With 15 years of immigration experience, Gerardo has worked with a wide range of companies and situations. He is motivated by helping people solve complex migratory issues. As immigration processes become increasingly cumbersome and time-consuming, Gerardo takes pride in easing clients’ burdens and providing seamless service. Says Gerardo, “Taking away this burden from my clients makes me feel happy and fulfilled.”

Gerardo’s work brings him into close contact with a wide range of global corporate actors. “Working with such a diverse clientele always keeps things interesting,” he says.  

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Gerardo’s passion for international immigration was sparked his international relations major in college.
