Jessica Liu is Chugh’s Operations Manager, based out of the Cerritos, CA office. She is primarily responsible for coordinating and executing operational initiatives across the firm that increase productivity and support the firm’s client engagement and business development efforts. She believes in helping others get more out of life than they ever expected, and her role at Chugh allows her to live out that purpose.
Jessica graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor’s in Communications. In addition to her formal education, she received her CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certificate in 2012 from the American Payroll Association.
Prior to joining Chugh, LLP, Jessica was the C.O.O. for a payroll software company in Orange County. Her work experience includes strategic planning, leadership development, human resources, insurance and benefits, payroll and payroll taxes, software implementation, customer service, marketing, business writing, event coordination, and process development and evaluation.
Jessica is regularly involved in her community, supporting non-profits in event management and representing the firm at local functions.
