Lana Morgan is an Associate Attorney at Law in the office of New York.
She holds a law degree from Russia, as well as an LL.M. degree from Brooklyn Law School. She has an extensive experience in several field of immigration law, including both family and business immigration. Currently, her practice focuses on aspects of U.S. business immigration law, including E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1 and EB-5 visas.
Prior to joining Chugh, LLP, Lana worked as an Associate at a boutique immigration law firm and as a Contract Attorney for a national law firm with an extensive immigration practice. During law school, Lana participated in the Immigration HelpDesk at Catholic Charities Archdiocese, where she assisted clients in matters pertaining to deportation defense, asylum representation, VAWA petitions and U-visa applications.
Lana fluently speaks English and Russian.
