Malou Mararang is a Partner in the Reston, Virginia office.

She represents clients in all aspects of U.S. immigration, covering the full spectrum of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processing. Malou has extensive experience handling high volume cases for clients primarily in the technology, semiconductor, and consulting industries, as well as clients in hospitality and financial services. She has worked with start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, addressing the needs of their new hires, existing workforce, intracompany transfers, and extraordinary ability workers in securing visas, work authorization, and permanent residency. Malou is adept in managing client expectations, partnering with clients on case strategy, and providing advice on risk mitigation, compliance issues, reductions in force, and company-wide immigration policy.

Prior to joining Chugh, LLP in Reston, Malou worked in the immigration practice group of a leading labor and employment firm. She has also previously worked at Chugh, LLP’s office in Edison, New Jersey.
