Manage some or all of coporate transactions, litigation, immigration, mergers & acquisitions, and family law matters.
Conduct legal research and draft briefs for attorney, clients, and judicial bodies.
Represent clients in court, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.
Review and refine complex legal documents, including contacts.
Negotiate contracts and resolve legal disputes.
Identify and mitigate legal risks to prevent costly litigation.
Perform due diligence on contracts, agreement, and mergers & acquisitions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years as a practicing attorney.
Active Tennessee State license (required).
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
