We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to support our corporate client base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle corporate and business transactional matters.
Draft, review, and revise contracts and corporate documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare briefs and memoranda.
Assist with litigation matters, including court appearances, as needed.
Perform due diligence for contracts and mergers & acquisitions.
Assist with negotiations, dispute resolution, and risk assessment for clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
Active California State Bar license (required).
Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school or equivalent foreign law degree, with active California State Bar admission.
Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced enviornment.
Location: Cerritos, CA Compensation: $75,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience.
