Introduction
The U.S. Department of State has released the December 2024 Visa Bulletin. While Dates for Filing remain unchanged for all employment-based preference cases, Final Action Dates for India advance by two weeks and one week in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, respectively.
According to USCIS, Dates for Filing must be used for both family-sponsored and employment-based Adjustment of Status filings in December 2024.
