Certain nonimmigrant visa application processing fees paid to the Department of State will increase beginning on June 17, 2023. The fee increase applies to non-petition-based nonimmigrant visas, such as tourist visas, and some petition-based nonimmigrant visas, such as temporary worker visas.
Most significantly, all fees paid before June 17, 2023, will not be impacted by the fee increase changes, and rather will remain valid until the expiration date specified on the receipt notice.
