Our Team

Aadhya Sathi is an Attorney at Law (Texas Bar) in the firm’s Santa Clara office, where she focuses her practice on business immigration. She advises startups, multinational companies, and high-skilled professionals on navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law, with an emphasis on strategic, solutions-driven outcomes.

Aadhya earned her Bachelor of Law (B.A. LL.B.) from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and her Master of Laws (LL.M.), along with a Business Certificate, from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. Her cross-border legal training allows her to bring a global perspective to U.S. immigration matters.

During her legal education, Aadhya gained hands-on experience working with top-tier law firms in India, building a strong foundation in legal research, client advocacy, and complex case analysis. At USC, she was actively involved in the Business Law Society and the Association of Indian Students, further strengthening her engagement with the legal and international business communities.
