Ethan Chen is an Attorney at Law based in the Los Angeles office. He provides legal representation and counsel to clients across various areas, including corporate, transactional, litigation, labor and employment, and privacy matters.

Mr. Chen holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Riverside. During his time in law school, Mr. Chen conducted research in securities and privacy law at a leading national broker-dealer firm and participated in high-stakes impact litigation at the country's largest public interest law firm.

Before joining Chugh, Mr. Chen worked as an Associate Attorney specializing in complex commercial litigation and also served as a Law Clerk for the Third Judicial District, State of Iowa.
