Komal Agrawal is an Attorney at Law in Chugh, LLP’s Cerritos office, and represents clients in civil litigation, and provides counsel to businesses on a wide range of corporate matters. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in India and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in the U.S. Before pursuing her LL.M. in the United States, Komal practiced civil litigation before the Bombay High Court, where she represented clients in a variety of litigation and arbitration matters. She also advised individuals and businesses on corporate and commercial issues, including contracts and compliances. At Chugh, LLP, Komal leverages her international legal experience and dual qualifications to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions to clients across jurisdictions. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
