Our Team

Melissa Chan is an Attorney in the firm’s Immigration Practice Group. Ms. Chan joined the firm in 2002 and works in the firm’s Northern California office. Ms. Chan has extensive experience in the field of immigration.

Ms. Chan received her J.D. from Lincoln Law School of San Jose, California and is a member of the California State Bar. She regularly attends American Immigration Lawyers Association meetings and annual conference.
