Min Kim is a Partner in Chugh, LLP’s Edison, New Jersey office, where he advises and represents clients across a variety of industries, including technology, IT consulting, engineering and the financial sectors.  He has extensive experience in representing corporate clients of all sizes ranging from small start-ups and mid-sized companies to Fortune 500 companies in securing visas and work authorization for their foreign national employees.  He also has widespread experience in helping multinational corporations navigate the U.S. permanent residency process, including PERM labor certification application filings with the U.S. Department of Labor.  Min is adept at counseling and strategizing with multinational companies in refining their immigration practices and policies to ensure effective compliance with U.S. immigration and labor and employment rules.  He regularly advises corporate clients on the immigration impact and policies surrounding corporate reorganizations, mergers, and workforce reductions.  Min also advises clients on the maintenance of public access files and I-9 program improvement and compliance.  Prior to joining Chugh, LLP, Min worked as an Associate for a national corporate immigration law firm.
