Mishita Jethi is a Partner and Attorney-at-Law based out of the firm’s New Jersey and New York offices. Mishita advises and represents clients across a variety of industries, including technology, IT consulting, and healthcare.  She works with business leaders to provide global mobility solutions to an increasingly mobile workforce. She has extensive experience in U.S. permanent residency programs for corporate clients of all sizes, from multinationals to start-ups establishing their first offices in the U.S, including managing labor certifications programs (PERM). She has deep experience with a wide variety of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions including EB-1 multinational managers, EB-2 and EB-3, H-1B specialty occupations, L-1 intracompany transfers, certain specialty occupation professionals from treaty countries including Australia (E-3), Canada and Mexico (TN), and Singapore and Chile (H-1B1).  

Her experience also extended to family-based immigration, adjustment of status and consular assistance, naturalization, and other complex immigration issues. Mishita started her career in immigration and nationality law as an Associate in Chugh, LLP in 2016. She then worked as an Associate for a national immigration law firm where she advised clients in the financial services industry, consumer goods industry, and market data research industry. Mishita earned her B.A, LL.B (Hons) from National Law Institute University, India in 2010 and her LL.M from the University of Chicago Law School in 2014.
