Law Clerk - New York


  • Researching and analyzing laws, statutes, constitutions, regulations, court opinions, including precedents and reasoning to prepare legal drafts and documents, including legal memorandums, complaints, letters to the court and opposing parties.
  • Maintaining calendar by entering and updating requirements, court dates, and meetings.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting a supervising attorney with legal research, drafting legal memoranda and documents, and filing documents with relevant courts. In the absence of experience, an interest in learning, and receiving training on such matters should be present.
  • A desire to work on both corporate and litigation matters is strongly sought after.
