The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and research skills and possess great communication and organizational skills.
DUTIES:
Experience in at least one of the following areas, with a willingness to learn: Corporate Law, Litigation
Research and writing complex legal issues.
Appear in a court, arbitration, or other judicial tribunal.
Analyze and summarize legal documents.
Negotiate with outside parties regarding contracts or other legal disputes.
Identify and/or anticipate potential legal problems; develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
Perform due diligence in legal matters.
Additional responsibilities, as directed by leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
0-1 years' experience as a practicing attorney.
Must have passed the New Jeresy Bar.
Must be a graduate of a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
