Chugh LLP is seeking a dependable, tech-savvy, and motivated IT Support Specialist to manage our firm's daily technology needs. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with an AA degree in information technology or a related field who wants to gain real-world experience in a professional legal and accounting enviornment.
Primary Responsibilites
Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network systems.
Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Quickbooks, and other business applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly and professionally.
Manage user accounts, passwords, backups, and basic cybersecurity tasks.
Assist with equipment setup, upgrades, and technology improvements.
Collaborate with management on system optimization and workflow improvements.
Provide user training and clear IT guidance to staff when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (required).
Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of networking and system maintenance.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Exposure of QuickBooks or legal/accounting software preferred.
Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of IT responsibilities.

Pay Range:$20.00-$23.00 per hour (depending on skills, certifications, and experience)
