IT Support Specialist

Chugh LLP is seeking a dependable, tech-savvy, and motivated IT Support Specialist to manage our firm's daily technology needs. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with an AA degree in information technology or a related field who wants to gain real-world experience in a professional legal and accounting enviornment. 
 
Primary Responsibilites 
  • Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Quickbooks, and other business applications. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, backups, and basic cybersecurity tasks.
  • Assist with equipment setup, upgrades, and technology improvements.
  • Collaborate with management on system optimization and workflow improvements. 
  • Provide user training and clear IT guidance to staff when needed. 
 
Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (required).
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of networking and system maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Exposure of QuickBooks or legal/accounting software preferred.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of IT responsibilities. 
 
Joy Type: Full-time
 
Pay Range:$20.00-$23.00 per hour (depending on skills, certifications, and experience)
