DHS has proposed to adjust over 60 fees related to various USCIS forms and applications. Below please find a short sample of forms that have received a proposed fee adjustment.
Please Note: DHS also seeks to change the 15-calendar day premium processing period upon receipt of Form I-907 (Request for Premium Processing Service) to 15 business days.
The proposed rule is published in the Federal Register and will begin a 32-day public comment period. DHS will issue a finalized fee schedule after carefully reviewing the public comments that are submitted on or before December 16, 2019.
As always, we will continue to monitor this proposed change.
