Experienced in Corporate Immigration: Balween Kaur

Balween Kaur is Client Relations Director in our firm’s Los Angeles, CA office.

In addition to serving clients as Client Relations Director, Balween Kaur also works in Chugh, LLP’s immigration department. Most of her work entails preparing employment-based immigration petitions. Balween loves working directly with hundreds of employers who come from diverse fields, including information technology, data analytics, construction, dental offices, motels, service industries, consulting, and more. Getting to help corporate clients accomplish their mobility goals and thrive in their industries is hugely satisfying for Balween.

Balween also truly enjoys working on family-based immigration cases, too. Whether her clients are corporate or individuals, Balween relishes being able to develop customized solutions to client problems and make a direct positive impact on their lives and businesses. For Balween, one of the most rewarding aspects of her job is when she helps her clients get their cases approved and they show their appreciation by referring new clients.
