USCIS Increases Premium Processing Fee

SUMMARY
What is Premium Processing?
Premium processing is an expedited processing service for certain employment-based petitions and applications. USCIS guarantees a 15-calendar day processing period upon receipt of Form I-907 (Request for Premium Processing Service) and the premium processing fee of $1,440.00.
