Balween Kaur is the firm’s client relations director. She is also part of the Immigration team. She joined the firm in 2011.

She has successfully done employment based visas such as – H-1B, H-4, L-1A, L-2, L-1B, Blanket, prevailing wages, ads, filed perms, perm audits, NOID’S, E-3, TN, B-1/B-2, I-983, I-140 and all kinds of RFE’s. She also has experience in filing family-based petitions- K-3, I-130, I-485’s I-131 (Advance parole, Re-entry permits), I-751(removal of conditions), I-864, I-765.
