Dhanya earned a Master of Business Administration Degree in Human Resources from Bharathiar University, Master of Science Degree in Applied Electronics and Computer Technology from University College, Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics and Diploma in Computer Applications as an Add-on Course from St. Teresa’s College. Dhanya had completed a Cisco Certified Networking Course in Soften technologies, Ernakulam.  She started her carrier as Assistant HR Manager in Holy Faith Builders and Developers, Kerala. Prior to joining Chugh, LLP, she worked as an Immigration Analyst in Fragomen Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd for 3 years.
