Hooman Yavi is a corporate attorney at Chugh, LLP that also engages in cross-departmental matters with both litigation and accounting teams.

Hooman earned a JD from UC Hastings in 2016 where he graduated cum laud and served on the executive committees of the negotiation team as well as the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review.

Hooman currently serves on the board of directors of Re-Plate, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is determined to fight food waste and insecurity on a scalable level.

His hobbies include running, cooking and scuba diving.
