Jacqueline Gonzalez Valle is an immigration attorney in Cerritos office.
Attorney Jacqueline has been licensed by the California State Bar to practice law in California since January 2015. She earned her J.D. at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California in 2014, and her B.A. in Global Studies and Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2010.
During her time at Chapman University School of Law, Jacqueline worked at the Bette and Wylie Aitken Family Violence Clinic, where she gained invaluable experience as a student attorney and advocate for victims of violence that sought immigration relief. As a child of immigrant parents, Jacqueline is passionate about defending immigrant rights and keeping immigrant families unified.
Since becoming a practicing attorney, she has represented clients in immigration processes to help them obtain legal permanent residence and naturalization. She can counsel clients on unlawful presence waivers, U-Visa, VAWA, family-based immigration, naturalization, and employment-based visas such as the H-1B, L1, and PERM process.
