Rebecca Vallard is an Immigration Paralegal at the Santa Clara office. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila.  After college, she enrolled into University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law. However, after passing the licensure exams for teachers, she decided to pursue teaching and became a faculty member of the Ateneo De Manila University. She taught Social Studies for 3 years prior to moving to the United States and joining the firm.
