Our Team

Shanelle Whyte is an Associate Attorney at Chugh LLP, where she practices in corporate and litigation matters. Her practice includes areas such as employment, family, and trademark disputes. 

Prior to joining Chugh LLP, Shanelle served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Angela G. Foster, J.S.C., in the Criminal Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School–Newark, where she was a Clinical Law Student in the Rutgers Law Intellectual Property Clinic, a Senior Editor of the Rutgers Race and the Law Review, an active member of the Minority Student Program, the Association of Black Law Students, the Student Bar Association Social Equity Committee, and the Entertainment Law Society, and served as a Barbri Student Representative. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Government from Smith College.
