Shanthi Devi Puppala is a HR Manager in the office of Hyderabad, India. Ms. Puppala has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Osmania University. She has completed her Graduation in Commerce (BCOM) from Kakatiya University. During her Graduation she was a National Cadet Corps (NCC) Cadet and National Service Scheme (NSS) Volunteer. She has participated in various national level camps in NCC & NSS demonstrating her commitment to social causes and community service. Shanthi has started her career in Human Resources with CAPS (Cast & Crew), where she has worked in various roles, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge of the field. During her time at CAPS, she honored her skills in Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, Performance Appraisal Process, HRIS, Leave & Attendance Management, Employee Engagement, Payroll Process, HR Policies, among others. Her Personal interests include Listening to Music, Dancing & Cooking.
