Vrinda Agarwal is an Attorney in the Corporate and Litigation team at the Santa Clara office of Chugh, LLP. She advises clients on corporate, transactional, litigation, and employment matters.

Vrinda earned her Master of Laws degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law with a specialization in Law and Technology. Before moving to the United States, she worked as a corporate attorney for several years at two leading full-service law firms in India: Cyril Amarchand Mangalds and Khaitan & Co. She also worked as an in-house counsel at Wipro Limited and 3M. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law degree from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, India.
