Zoe A. Mirza is an Immigration Lead and the Office Manager at our Atlanta Office. Zoe joined Chugh, LLP in 2009 and has wide-ranging experience in both Family-Based and Employment-Based Immigration Matters. She handles Family Immigration issues, including filing I-130, Adjustment of Status, NVC Matters, Naturalization, Filing of I-864 applications, Affidavits of Support, Consular Matters, Employment-Based Immigration Matters, including Nonimmigrant Visa Categories (I-140’s, B, E-1/2, E-3, H-1B, H-4, L-1A/L1B, and TN). She also assists clients with Labor Certifications (PERM). Apart from this she also handles Passport Renewal/OCI’s and Renunciation Certificate.
