Effective December 1, 2016, the Atlanta National Processing Center (ANPC) will be issuing PERM notification letters via email. Stakeholders will receive the following letters/notifications via email:

• Audit Notification
• Denial Notification
• Requests for Information (RFI)
• Additional Audit Information Requests
• Withdrawal
• Notices of Decisions from Appeals.

However, Certified ETA Form 9089 will still be sent by mail.

Furthermore, starting December 1, 2016, the ANPC will also start accepting, via email, responses to PERM Audit, RFI, Additional Audit Information Requests, and Notices of Decisions for Appeals.

To ensure email delivery, please add plc.atlanta@dol.gov or sr.processing@dol.gov (Supervised Recruitment cases) to your Address Book or Safe List and email DOL for any changes/updates on email address of authorized representatives.
