SUMMARY

USCIS announced that starting on December 2, 2019, the premium processing fee will increase to $1,440.00 and will be required when requesting premium processing for Nonimmigrant Worker Petitions (Form I-129) and Immigrant Worker Petitions (Form I-140).

What is Premium Processing?

Premium processing is an expedited processing service for certain employment-based petitions and applications. USCIS guarantees a 15-calendar day processing period upon receipt of Form I-907 (Request for Premium Processing Service) and the premium processing fee of $1,440.00.
