USCIS Announces the Final Stage of Premium Processing Expansion for EB-1 and EB-2 Form I-140 Petitions

INTRODUCTION

On January 30, 2023, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will begin to accept premium processing requests for all new and currently pending EB-1 and EB-2 Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers.

PREMIUM PROCESSING EXPANSION

This final stage applies to pending and initial Form I-140 petitions under the E13 multinational executive and manager, and E21 national interest waiver (NIW) applicants.

In the coming months, USCIS will also begin expansion of premium processing requests to certain F-1 students with pending and initial OPT and STEM OPT applications, as well as extensions and changes of status.  Requests for premium processing can be made by filing Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service with the appropriate USCIS service center.
