Brittany Simmons works as an Attorney in immigration with our Santa Clara, California office.
Prior to law school, Brittany earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California Santa Cruz. She then completed her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Iowa. While in law school, she externed at Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto (CLSEPA) working on asylum, VAWA, DACA, and deportation defense cases. Brittany was also a Research Assistant for Dean Adrien Wing primarily focused on the University of Iowa Center for Human Rights and the College’s international law programs. Additionally, Brittany has experience clerking in family law for Hon. Judge James Towery of the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
Brittany enjoys practicing immigration law as it is a constantly evolving area of law which directly impacts families and businesses. She loves working with clients to achieve their immigration goals
