Varduhi Danielyan is an attorney in the office of Cerritos.
Varduhi earned her Bachelor and Master degrees, as well as PhD in Law from Yerevan State University in Armenia. Varduhi also holds an LL.M degree from University College London. Along with her studies Varduhi used to work as a judge clerk in Armenia’s Civil Appellate Court for around 3 years and then moved to private practice. Prior to joining The Chugh Firm, Varduhi served as a General Counsel of FINCA Armenia, a subsidiary financial institution of FINCA International. She worked on a wide variety of corporate, transactional, lending issues, guarantee and security agreements, as well as represented the company in all litigation matters.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Drafted a concept paper and amendments to the Civil Code of Armenia on Electronic Commerce and presented the draft amendment the Deputy Minister of Justice in Armenia and the journalists. The draft was adopted by the Parliament and is currently a law in Armenia.
