Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190)
A permanent residence visa for skilled workers nominated by an Australian state or territory government. Nomination requires meeting both federal and state-specific criteria.
Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 491)
A provisional visa for skilled workers nominated by a state or territory government or sponsored by an eligible family member residing in regional Australia. This visa provides a pathway to permanent residence subject to meeting residency and income requirements.
Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (Subclass 482)
Enables Australian employers to sponsor suitably qualified overseas workers to address labour shortages where qualified local workers are unavailable. Australia Utilizes employer-sponsored visas for corporate needs. The Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa (subclass 482) – now the Skills in Demand visa – is commonly used for intra-company transfers, allowing skilled employees to work in Australia for up to four years and even providing a pathway to permanent residency after two years. For long-term staffing, companies can nominate workers for permanent residence under the Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186), enabling key foreign employees to settle in Australia

Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186)
A permanent residence visa for skilled workers nominated by an approved Australian employer, subject to meeting qualification, experience, and employment criteria.
The Student Visa allows international students to undertake full-time study at a registered Australian educational institution. Applicants must meet enrolment, financial capacity, English language, health, and character requirements. Limited work rights are generally available during the study period in accordance with visa conditions.
The Visitor Visa permits individuals to travel to Australia for tourism, visiting family or friends, or limited short-term business activities. This visa does not permit ongoing employment in Australia. Applicants must demonstrate genuine temporary stay intentions and sufficient financial capacity.
Australia’s family migration program enables eligible family members of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens to reunite and establish residence in Australia.

Parent Visas

Prospective Marriage Visa
